Like Napoleon that there are no details
In politics or in the battlefield
When Hitler and Mussolini exchanged Hails
The Nazi cameramen revealed
The wen and the black spot on the Duce’s head
Graceless blemishes the Fascist censor instead
Would promptly have touched up and concealed
But in the Russian documentaries Stalin
Who examined the previews to weed
All the ugly facial pockmarks out of his skin
Never shows signs resembling weals or wales
